Great Lakes Steel Erectors sought to build a new facility to house their steel contracting business—a "contractor's garage." Lindhout elevated this concept with a more refined design, providing a higher-end version of the typical contractor's garage. Additionally, the project included rental units to help offset the owner's development costs.
