Any unauthorized modification or reuse of the materials shall be at the client's sole risk and the client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Lindhout Associates Architects, aia, pc. harmless, from all claims, injuries, damages, losses, expenses, and attorneys fees arising out of the unauthorized modification or use of these materials.
